I'm Derek. I'm married to my wife, Kristen, and we're both 26 years old. We're graduates of the University of Northern Iowa (2010). We're in our third year of marriage and as of November 2012, brought home our two kids from Uganda. Their names are Viola and Gideon. We also have 2 year old pooch named Leonidas (Leon for short). We couldn't be more excited with how God has led us to this place. He's been very good to us. So from here, we strive to live every day to know him better.
